Electric Lane Leederville

Project / Electric Lane Leederville

Electric Lane was an under-used laneway in the heart of Leederville’s entertainment strip and transformed into a bustling food and entertainment precinct. Inspired by Melbourne’s Guildford Lane, Electric Lane is rooted in local history with the Leederville Hotel being the first business in the area to have electric lights in 1905.

I was engaged to activate the walls during construction and leasing via Hesperia.
